A new chapter in our Children’s Sunday School ministry is beginning! Godly Play is coming to The Advent, bringing a creative and meaningful way for children to explore Scripture, worship, and their relationship with God through storytelling, wonder, and play.
Join us for a Wednesday Night Dinner & Program on Wednesday, August 5 at 6:00 PM (following the Vessels of Grace service) to learn more about Godly Play. During the program, we will have a special demonstration of this curriculum and an opportunity to see how Godly Play helps children experience Scripture and faith formation in a creative and engaging way. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!

A certified Godly Play Trainer will also be at The Advent August 19–21 to provide training for our Children’s Sunday School teachers. We invite anyone interested in learning more about Godly Play or being part of this ministry to sign up for these opportunities!
This invitation is not limited to parents of young children. Anyone who enjoys working with children, values faith formation, or would like to learn more about Godly Play is encouraged to participate.
