As a new school year approaches, let’s surround our students with both the tools they need and the prayers they’ll carry with them.
Our annual Mary H. Wright Elementary School Supply Drive is underway! Help equip local students by donating items from the requested supply list or shopping our Amazon Wishlist. Donations may be dropped off in Satterlee Hall during the week or in the PCLC Lobby on Sundays.
Please bring all school supply donations by Sunday, August 2.
Then, join us for the 10:15 AM Holy Eucharist on Sunday, August 2, as we celebrate our Blessing of the Backpacks. Students and teachers are invited to bring their backpacks forward during the service to receive a special blessing for the year ahead. We’ll also bless all of the donated school supplies before they are delivered to students at Mary H. Wright Elementary.
As we begin another school year, we’re praying for God’s blessing, protection, wisdom, and joy over every student, teacher, school employee, and family. Thank you for helping us share Christ’s love in our community—one backpack and one school supply at a time.
