- Wednesday, April 19 dinner and program– A History of the Advent presentation – Lee Cobb will give a presentation on the music at the Advent and tell the history of our organs and bells.
- Sunday, April 23 after the 10:15 service– Tour of Advent’s stained-glass windows with Kit Jennings. At the conclusion of the 10:15 service, Kit Jennings will lead a tour of our incredibly beautiful stained-glass windows that are an integral part of our church. The tour will last around thirty minutes.
- Sunday, April 30– Outdoor church service at Lake Bowen followed by lunch
- Sunday, May 21 Adult Sunday School classes – History of Outreach at the Advent with John Holmes. From its earliest days providing schooling to village children, to establishing mission churches in mill villages and the Epiphany mission, to building projects around the country, the Advent has a history of giving to others. John Holmes will give a presentation on the history of outreach at the Advent.
